Disclaimer: I am fed up with men on the African continent. However, the purpose of this article is not to demean "African men" as I am a man myself but I am saying it as it is to see whether I can wake up black men on the African continent.
In one of his lectures, Dr. Amos Wilson: rhetorically asked a very important question that black men, specifically black men on the African continent must pay attention to in order to understand what men are supposed to represent for society.
Dr. Wilson asked: “What is a man?”
The reason he asked that question is because he noticed that the black man has been paralyzed with alien concepts imposed on us by Europeans.
Therefore, black men no longer understand what the role of a man is supposed to be in a society i.e that ALL the things imposed on us by foreigners were imposed on us by men like ourselves from another culture. Not by women!
Dr. Wilson said that “if man is not properly defined, then he’ll become anti-social” and begin acting against black interest. Here are Dr. Amos Wilson's lectures on education, culture, black consciousness, global white control, etc. But that's by the way.
The reason I decided to write this article is because I read something about the president of Burkina Faso that inspired me so much. I mean, his policy inspired me so much that I decided to write this.
Yesterday, there was a news article that the president of Burkina Faso, Ibrahim Traoré, has abolished European attire for lawyers and judges in Burkina Faso courts. That’s such good news and a decision in the right direction towards freeing the African continent completely from neo-colonialism.
However, as I was reading through the comment section of that news report, I heard some “African men’ argue that there was nothing wrong with European gowns in African court rooms.
The men making such comments don't realize that they have become anti-social by wanting to maintain what's not African on African soil. They don't realize we operate today using what was imposed on us by men from Europe, and that they are working against African interest by wanting to maintain that. This is what Dr. Amos Wilson meant when he said that "if a man is not properly defined, he’ll become anti-social" and begin acting against his culture.
Sorry to say but since I read some of the comments by “African men” I am seriously thinking maybe something is wrong with the brain of the black man on the African continent because other colonized countries like India, dropped the Europeans gowns as soon as colonialism ended there. ALL the countries that have detached themselves from imperialist powers are doping better!
Many years of slavery and colonialism have eaten deep into the psyche and consciousness of the black man on the African continent such that men on the African continent no longer realize that our countries, language, education, and religion were imposed on us by men from Europe.
Therefore, there’s no mental alertness in men on the African continent to discard everything imposed on us by men from Europe, then revert and modernize what is natural to us.
The black man on the African continent has become so docile that he prefers everything given to Africa by men from Europe. Men on the African continent have caused the African continent to be very good at being slaves, in fact, we are now professionals at being slaves.
Our condition is so pathetic that we think that being a slave is being free, such that we’re now in a new type of slavery called “freedom.” No wonder a slave trader once said that “the best slave is a slave that doesn’t know that he/she is a slave”
Knowing what I know now, and if I were to be a woman, I'll find it hard marrying an African man because only a few African men are conscious, and you can count them with your fingers. My guess is that they are not up to a thousand on the African continent.
It might interest you to know that black men have been sent by Western secret services to monitor me because of the type of message I share on this blog. And they're zealously working to see me in jail!!
If you’re an African woman reading this, I’ll like you to understand that you’re not the problem of the African continent. Women from Europe didn’t defeat you. In fact, African women would actually have defeated European women if European women happened to be the ones who invaded the African continent beginning in the 1400’s.
As I said in the post about black history documentaries, books, audio books, I have completed the task which I set for myself some years ago to understand our problem in Africa and our general problem as black people. And most importantly the solution.
What I discovered is that a person works with the INTELLECT (logic) and the SPIRIT (emotion) in all things we do. The intellect is the part that uses empirical LOGIC to arrive at conclusions.
Generally, when you deal with logic, for example, when you calculate 3+7, you use the intellect to do that in order to find the answer, which is 10. It’s useless and stupid to “emotionally” argue about the answer. Your emotion is not needed here.
But when you talk or think about unquantifiable things like God or love, you use emotion, which is the spirit.
When you are painting or designing or even as I am writing, you use both the intellect and spirit.
Let me rephrase because the above explanation seems to be too strict. You use both the spirit and intellect in everything you do, it’s a matter of what degree you use. For example; when dealing with things like God or love, you rather use a small intellect, maybe 5% of the intellect and 95% of emotion. Nobody can really explain why they love someone out of Billions of people on this planet, other than they just love the person.
But nature has a big loophole.
Your intellect and spirit can easily be controlled. And if its controlled by a foreigner, you'll become a slave who doesn't know that you're a slave.
The INTELLECT and SPIRIT are created with language, education, and religion. Therefore, your language, education, and religion are the worst things that a foreigner should control or destroy. The whole of your effort should be put to defend yours. Because once your language, education, and religion have been destroyed and replaced with a foreign one, the destroyer can change the meaning of words and phrases in your head and make you act against yourself. For example; in 1962, white people changed the meaning of "African literature" to mean writing in European languages, instead of writing in African languages. For details, see how Britain and the CIA fooled Wole Soyinka and Chinua Achebe to destroy African languages in literature. What happened in 1962 is a classic case of the failure of a man to defend and protect his culture. Since then, the result is that we lost the power to practice literature in our native languages, and that's why I write in English today.
The problem we have as a people is that foreign cultures control our intellectual and spiritual world. This means that though we can create, but we can only create on a template given to us by men from Europe. We can only create within those confines. But they are unnatural to us. For example; I am supposed to be writing out an African thought now since I am an African, but instead I am writing an African thought in English language.
Remember that nature doesn’t know whether an African is writing this or not. As far as nature is concerned, the author of this piece is an English person. The same thing is applicable even when we think in European languages as Africans. Let me ask you; what language do you use to process your thoughts? What's your default language of thinking?
It means that the more I think, write and speak the English language, the more my intellectual world would be falsely structured and misdirected to believe that the English language is mine. Indeed, that's how it takes hold of an African mind completely and eventually become our default language of thinking. I suspect that this happens early in the life of an African child who goes to school. I am yet to figure out at what age this happens but I am at least sure it happens in school.
My real thoughts have been intercepted by the English language and some of it has been lost. It’s much like exchanging a currency into another currency and losing some little value. The emotions that should flow straight from my mind to you if I wrote this in your native language, have been lost. Of course, this is all happening subconsciously within an African, so we don't know it's happening.
No matter how well Wole Soyinka and Chinua Achebe or others understand the English language, everything they write and you read from them is like a photocopy of their thoughts. Their real thoughts are in their various native languages and spirits but it has been intercepted.
The “literary giants” on the African continent were trained by men from Europe not to understand what I just said. Therefore, they have no mental alertness towards that, except Ngugi Wa Thiong’o. He’s the only person that understands what I just said. The rest are just like those arguing that there’s nothing wrong with a European gown in an African court room.
But the message I have always had for Africans is that we can change the language, education, and religion imposed on us by men from Europe, the problem is that the consciousness of the black man on the African continent is dead.
The black man on the African continent has accepted the foreign language, education, and religion imposed on us by men from Europe as the way the world should be, therefore, he has become a woman, nesting and nursing imperialist tools to control both himself and the African woman. This way, black men on the African continent have failed the black woman.
Men on the African continent have failed! Men on the African continent have lost the meaning of what it means to be a man! They have lost the spirits of Kwame Nkrumah, Haile Selassie, Thomas Sankara, Patrice Lumumba, Nelson Mandela, etc.
But Lord Nkrumah who brought independence to the African continent never said that colonialism has ended, rather before he died, he warned us that it has evolved into neo-colonialism.
Yes, Nkrumah himself coined the word "neo-colonialism" just to express what to expect. Yet, the black man on the African continent today goes about as if all is well, completely unaware that in this long marathon race towards emancipating ourselves, the job of a man is to pick up the baton from where Nkrumah, Sankara, Lumumba, Haile Selassie, Mandela stopped, until we undo everything imposed on the African continent by men from Europe.
If you’re a man reading this, it’s your job to protect your culture from foreign intrusion. It’s not the job of a woman to protect culture. The role of a woman as designed by mother nature is to nest or nurse. The woman maintains the culture through training the children those things that have been determined as the norm.
The job of a man is like the Burkina Faso president detaching his country from slavery by France and charting a new future for his people, like the US president Donald Trump defining how the US should run, like the Russian president, Vladimir Putin enlarging his territory, like Kwame Nkrumah bringing independence to the African continent, like Nelson Mandela freeing his people in South Africa, even like a man being the breadwinner of his household, etc. Those are the job of a man. And it doesn't just end in you preserving your culture and setting your society free, it also includes you enlarging your territory like Putin, if necessary. Those are the jobs of a man in society.
Even if a head of state of any country be a woman somewhere, be informed that there’ll be a man or group of men guiding her to make such decisions. Again, the role of women is to nest and nurse whatever has been accepted as the norm. It’s actually women that inform children to do the right thing.
Through many years of slavery, the black man on the African continent has accepted that the foreign language, education, and religion given us by men from Europe is how the world should run, and worse, he has conditioned the African woman to accept it as the norm. What a tragedy!!!
Educated women on the African continent must realize that the black man on the African continent is a slave that doesn’t understand that he’s a slave, in fact, black women who have travelled the world, already know this subconsciously. When an educated black woman has traveled the world and has seen for herself the civilizations that other men have built in other parts of the world and compares that with what we have in Africa, it would be difficult for her to respect a black man on the African continent. Kiss the truth! That’s the real reason the educated black woman acts as though she's disrespectful even though nobody can explain the underlying reason. But I’ve just told the reason.
What you can do as a black woman to change the situation.
Make sure to inform your children to learn African and black history. You can get them conscious of our situation by having them learn history. But the real history of black people is not in the classroom, even our history has been doctored by men from Europe. It doesn't mean that they must or should even study history. Help them with black history documentaries, books, lectures. If I had the resources, I'll ship it free to every back woman in the world.
Your job as a man is to rebuff any plan, idea, scheme, or offer by an imperialist to change your culture, so that you may preserve yourself from generation to generation. As history has shown, what the imperialists were interested in changing are:- language, education, and religion because once changed, you’re forever going to be a slave who doesn’t know that you're a slave.
That’s why once imperial powers conquer a colony, they’ll change the language, education, and religion of the conquered natives. Whether it was Babylon, Assyria, Persia, Greece, Rome, Britain, France, Portugal, or Spain, they all did the same thing to conquer the natives.
The real meaning of conquering a people is not military conquest because a people can regroup if conquered militarily alone.
The real meaning of conquering people is to change their language, education, and religion. Once you achieve that, you have conquered the people both INTELLECTUALLY and SPIRITUALLY. And they’ll no longer be able to fight back because they’ll lack the tools to do so. That's why if you talk about changing anything imposed on us by men from Europe, the black man will instead support those things to continue enslaving himself and the African continent. Pathetic!!
This has been the message that I've been trying to get Africans to understand for many years. I've written two books about them.
Western secret services read my first book and began monitoring me around in Cotonou, Benin republic where I wrote it. The book is: intellectual slavery, the worst legacy of colonialism. For more information, read intellectual slavery, the worst legacy of colonialism. But the details is in the PDF version. Read the PDF version only.
On our spiritual defeat and how the black race as a whole was blackmailed by men from Europe, the book to read is: What is Satan? What is Lucifer? The biggest secret in the world. I highly recommend that you read the PDF version for the both. It's FREE.
